Mouse CpG island 7.3K microarrays are now available in the Functional Genomics Lab. These microarrays, priced at $90, are produced by the University Health Network Microarray Centre and contain 7,296 single-spotted CpG-island clones from the library obtained from the Sanger Institute. All clones were sequenced at the Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre and at the University Health Network Microarray Centre. Human CpG island 12K microarrays containing 12,192 clones from the Sanger Institute, priced at $100, are also still available. New online databases for both mouse and human CpG microarrays produced by the University Health Network Microarray Centre are also now available at http://www.microarrays.ca/. These databases provide extensive information and annotations for analyzing your results from experiments performed with both the mouse and human CpG island microarrays.
