The Hartwell Center's Functional Genomics Lab now has Mouse Exonic Evidence-based Oligonucleotide (MEEBO) spotted microarrays available for use. Developed in collaboration with leading researchers, the MEEBO set contains a collection of 38,467 oligonucleotide (70mer) probes, largely derived from constitutively expressed exons, allowing interrogation of almost 25,000 mouse genes. The set was designed to enable study of mouse transcription patterns and, as broadly as possible, alternative splicing. These microarrays, printed by Washington University, are priced at $100.
