The Functional Genomics lab will array your cDNA or oligonucleotide library or create a specialized array containing a subset of cDNA clones from our human or mouse libraries.  The array design can be customized to your preferences.  The arrays will be printed on coated glass microscope slides using our Genetix QArray2 arrayer.

Quality Assurance

Chip Production

  1. Hybridization controls are printed in each subarray of each chip.
  2. A chip from each print run is hybridized with random Cy3 labeled oligonucleotides to determine spot quality and to detect any printing problems.
  3. A chip from each print run is tested for quality with control samples that are labeled and hybridized using our standard conditions.
