The CACT offers the Affymetrix mapping arrays for invetigators at the institution. These arrays allow for human whole genome association studies, linkage analysis and copy number studies by interrogating thousands of SNP's on the arrays. Affymetrix offers multiple arrays based on how many SNP's are going to be studied. Please consult the CACT staff before starting an experiment to determine which array is best for your needs.
