Welcome to Bioinformatics/Research Computing!  This division of the Hartwell Center is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art computational resources in support of St. Jude research programs.  It consists of 4 sections: Bioinformatics, Operations, Software Development, and Client Services.  Collectively these include significant computing resources in our High Performance Computing Facility, scores of bioinformatics applications and databases, a software development team dedicated to providing research-specific databases and applications, a bioinformatics group providing support and training for our applications and expertise in the application of bioinformatics tools to your research programs, and a client services group providing desk-top support to the laboratory-based research community.  A staff of dedicated IT/Bioinformatics professionals are available to assist you in your research efforts.  For additional details click on any of the links in the navigation tree.
